Who handles your data
The Uxarbeiti Baserria team handles accommodation enquiries. Email pablosainz1998@gmail.com to ask about your data or request access, correction or deletion.
What we store and why
Your name, email, phone, dates, accommodation, group details and any message you send. These are stored on the accommodation server and a notification is sent to the management email to handle your request. Do not include health information, identity documents or payment details in your message.
A request, not a confirmation
Sending the form does not confirm a booking or take payment. The team will reply to confirm availability, payment and cancellation terms.
Retention and providers
Requests are kept as needed to manage them and meet applicable obligations. Hosting and email providers take part in technical processing. Contact the team for their details or to request deletion of enquiries no longer needed.
Cookies and external links
This website uses no analytics, advertising, or embedded third-party maps or calendars. Links to WhatsApp, BBK Azoka, booking platforms and other websites open external services with their own policies. Only when you click the WhatsApp button are dates, group size and the quote shared in a message you choose to send. The private management panel uses a necessary session cookie, not an advertising cookie.
